Fall Arts in the Park will take place Sunday, October 11, with gates opening at 11 a.m. in Downtown City Park in Blue Ridge. The Blue Ridge Mountains Arts Association canceled the Saturday session, according to its October 9 weather update.

The change makes Sunday the festival’s only day this weekend. The organizer says it has approval to proceed on October 11. Visitors can expect fine arts and crafts, demonstrations and food as part of the association’s festival series.

The series supports the nonprofit arts association. For event information, the organizer lists 706-632-2144, extension 0, and posts updates on its festival page.
