Blue Ridge sets 2027 budget hearings for Nov. 10 and Nov. 17
Blue Ridge City Council will hold a public hearing on the 2027 budget on Nov. 10 and return Nov. 17 to adopt the budget resolution, both at City Hall on West First Street.

Blue Ridge City Council has two public budget dates on the calendar for the 2027 budget: a hearing on Nov. 10 and a vote on the budget resolution on Nov. 17. Both meetings are listed at Blue Ridge City Hall, 480 West First Street, and the Nov. 10 hearing runs from 6 to 6:30 p.m.
The city posted both notices on Oct. 28 and says a copy of the 2027 budget is available at City Hall during regular business hours. That gives residents time to review the draft before council takes the next step on Nov. 17.
How to review the budget
Residents who want to follow the process can check the budget at City Hall before the hearing and use the Nov. 10 meeting to hear council's public discussion before the adoption date a week later.
